When a part is backordered from a vendor, we will contact you by phone and/or e-mail to discuss options based on your time requirements for the specific part.
Based on your decision, we will do one of the following...
*Hold complete order for backorder availability and then ship complete
*Split ship the order - additional freight will be discussed in advance if required
*Cancel backordered item and ship balance of order
*Cancel entire order
